How to Order
STEP 1 – CONTACT
Call us, send us an email or use the contact form to provide us with your requirements. We pride ourselves in our response times.
STEP 2 – QUOTE
We will send through a quote with the options we think best suit your requirements.
STEP 3 – ORDER
You decide which products and quantities will best suit your needs and we will send through an order form including freight costs. This can either be signed and scanned back to us or a matching purchase order produced. Alternatively call through your credit card details to get your order underway immediately.
STEP 4 – ARTWORK
Once we have an order we will request artwork and a brief. Based on this we will produce 2-3 design options and send them through as proofs by email. You can either request changes (3 rounds of changes included) or approve the one you like. Once you have approved the artwork you will also receive the invoice
STEP 5 – PAYMENT
Full payment is required before sending jobs to print unless you have an account with us by prior arrangement.
STEP 6 – DELIVERY
Your products will be delivered in 8-14 working days depending on your location and which day of the week approval was received. We can confirm the exact lead time once artwork is sent to print.

SİPARİŞ NASIL VERİLİR?
1. ADIM – TEMAS KURUN
Bizi arayın. E-Posta Gönderin. Yandaki iletişim formunu doldurun ve sorularınızı yöneltin. En kısa zamanda size döneriz.
2. ADIM - TEKLİF
İhtiyaçlarınızı aldıktan sonra size en uygun çözümlerimizle ilgili fiyat teklifimizi hazırlayarak paylaşırız.
3. ADIM - SİPARİŞ
Ürün türleri ve sipariş edeceğiniz adetleri belirledikten. Kiralama mı Satın alma mı yapacağınıza karar verdikten sonra ürün teslim koşulları ve lojistik maliyetlerini de görüşerek son fiyat teklifimizi netleştiririz.
4. ADIM – GÖRSEL ÇALIŞMA
Siparişi aldıktan sonra görseller üzerine görüşmemizden sonra size örnek görsel çalışmayı hazırlarız. Özel tasarımlar, yaratıcı görseller için kendi ajans ya da görsel çalışmalarınızı hazırlamanızı tavsiye ederiz. Bizim grafikerlerimiz sadecede nihai çalışmanın sağlıklı bir şekilde şablonlara çalışıldığına emin olmak ve kontrol için yanınızda olabilir. Eğer sade bir görsel çalışma. Bir logo yerleştirme ve kurumsal renklerden ibaretse. Yanınızdayız. Görsel çalışmayı hızla sizinle paylaşırız. Görsel çalışmanızda kullanılacak PANTONE kodları (CMYK DEĞİL) ve VEKTÖREL logoları mutlaka bizimle paylaşmanız gerekir.
5. ADIM – ÖDEME
Siparişlerin büyüklüğüne göre %30 oranında bir peşinat alarak işe başlar. İş teslimatında ödemenin geri kalanını tahsil ederiz. Vadeli ödeme koşulları için mutlaka önceden görüşme yapılmalıdır.
6. ADIM - TESLİMAT
Üretim yoğunluğuna bağlı olarak işleriniz 2-5 iş günü içerisinde tarafınıza teslim edilecektir. Normalde teslimat Atölyemizden yapılır. Şehir dışı ya da Yurtdışı teslimatlarda lojistik masrafı müşterilerimize aittir.
Şehir içi teslimatlarda kimi zaman yardımcı olabiliyoruz. Eğer aynı gün yakın çevrenize bir sevkiyat ya da kurulum planlanmışsa. Ancak normal şartlerde müşteri malını Atölye'mizden teslim alır.
